In 2014 I directed “The Butterfly”, a short documentary for Skyline Productions about the large tapestry woven at the Dovecot studios for the extension of the Scottish Opera building in Glasgow. The tapestry was designed by Alison Watt.

Here’s a little film I made for my yoga studio. It is based on a lovely idea by Martin Suarez Monroy, has a soundtrack by Paul McCluskey and features the lovely students and teachers of Bikram Yoga Edinburgh. Emma Campion choreographed and guided the yogis and we filmed the whole thing on those rare Edinburgh summer days in 2014 to complete the film for the 2-year anniversary of the school.

I worked for Collective Gallery over the summer of 2014 in few of the projects commissioned as part of the All Sided Games.
I edited a film shot during Christina Lucas’ One to One Hundred Race and worked as a cinematographer and editor for Florrie James’ Brighthouse, filmed in Glasgow immediately after the Commonwealth Games.
The fourth production I worked as a cinematographer and editor with the Finnish artist Henna-Riikka Halonen. We filmed the work over a few strange days in a disused watertower in the Lauttasaari -island, just over a bridge from central Helsinki, in Finland. The gaffer and camera assistant came from the amazing Angel Films. The film premiered in Berlin in 2014.
